Privacy Policy

  • We will not sell or otherwise give your email, contact or other information to any unaffiliated parties.
  • We do not keep credit card numbers in our systems.

 

Support

  • We will provide support for use and operation of our products. We may be able to assist with information for installation, but we cannot guarantee support for this as it is application dependent. If you are unsure of the fit or installation/usage procedure for a specific application, please contact a qualified mechanic or installer.
  • Support is generally provided via email, however phone support may be available on a limited basis.

 

Payment

  • Payment methods accepted:
    • Credit cards: Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Discover
    • Money orders
    • Paypal.
  • Shipments to Florida will be charged applicable sales tax..
  • We report all fraud attempts.

 

Shipping

  • Most in-stock items ship within a couple days of receipt of the complete order.
  • Tracking numbers will be provided for carriers that provide this information.
  • Insurance is provided as each carrier provides/includes with the base shipping method.   We cannot be held liable for shipping problems, so if you require insurance, signature confirmation, or other, please request it.
  • For shipping to countries that are not listed during checkout, please contact us for rates and other important information.
  • We are not responsible for customs or brokerage charges or other charges that may be incurred during delivery of your items.

 

Warranty & Returns

  • Warranty on most items is one year from date of purchase, unless otherwise indicated. For warranty claims, you must contact us in advance to obtain return authorization. We will repair or replace the item at our discretion. In cases where an item may have been discontinued or not available, you may be provided with an equivalent product.
  • If you are dissatisfied for any reason, you may return the item within 30 days for a full refund, not including shipping costs. You must call us first to obtain return authorization. Items submitted for return must be unused, uninstalled, contain all original accessories & wiring, in original packaging, and in original condition. Items will be throughly inspected and tested for any signs of use, and restocking fees will apply if any sealed packages are opened. We reserve the right to refuse any items that are used. Special-order and custom items are not returnable.
