- Support is generally provided via email, however phone support may be available on a limited basis.

- Shipments to Florida will be charged 6.5% sales tax.
- We report all fraud attempts.

- Most in-stock items ship within 24 hours of receipt of payment.
- Tracking numbers will be provided for carriers that provide this information.
- We recommend choosing a carrier with insurance, as we cannot be held liable for shipping problems.
- For shipping to countries that are not listed during checkout, please contact us for rates and other important information.
- We are not responsible for customs charges or other charges that may incur during delivery of your items.

| Warranty & Returns |

- Warranty on most items is 1 year from date of purchase, unless otherwise indicated.
For warranty claims, you must contact us in advance to obtain return authorization.
We will repair or replace the item at our discretion. In cases where an item may
have been discontinued or not available, you may be provided with an equivalent product.
- If you are unsatisfied for any reason, you may return the item within 30 days for a full refund,
not including shipping costs. You must call us first to obtain return authorization.
Items submitted for return must be unused, uninstalled, contain all original accessories
& wiring, in original packaging, and in original condition. Items will be inspected
for any signs of use. Special-order and custom items are not returnable.
